For temporary appointment of the contractual staff on the TSP project entitled qualified candidates who satisfy the qualification for below mentioned post is invited for walk in interview on 25/03/2014 at 11:00 hrs at Bombay Veterinary College, Parel, Mumbai-12.
1 Name of the post : Project Associate
No. of Post : 01
Emolument : Rs.23, 000/- per month plus HRA 20 %
Essential Qualification : M.V.Sc. in any discipline/MSc Agri (extension or Animal Husbandry &Dairy Science) with at least two years relevant experience
Desirable qualification :
1) M.V. Sc. in Veterinary /Extension /Instruction Livestock Farm Complex with two years experience of conducting farmer training and rural approach through extension oriented project.
2) Computer knowledge & handling.
Nature of work :
1) Conducting training & workshop for the farmers at village level as well as at head quarter.
2) Establishment of goat unit in the project implementation area
3) Compilation of the data and prepare the time to time report for onward submission. Any other work assigned by the PI of the project
4) Project monitoring work at Thane & Nasik districts TSP area.
Age limit : 40 years for male and 45 years for female candidates
Duration of project : Three years
2 Name of the post : Field Assistant

Essential Qualification : Diploma in Dairy Management and Animal Husbandry
Desirable qualification : Diploma in Dairy Management and Animal Husbandry with 1 year filed experience
Nature of work : Routine goat management work, day to day data collection and constant monitoring at the project implementation site.
Age limit : 18-33 years for male and 38 years for female candidates
Duration of project : Three years

Essential Qualification : 10th pass with proficiency in Marathi & English Typing
Desirable qualification :
1. Any graduate with proficiency in Marathi & English Typing
2. Computer knowledge & handling.
Nature of work : Routine office and training work.
Age limit : 18-33 years for male and 38 years for female candidates
Duration of project : Three years
