How to Register for Accounts E-Statements :
To register for Accounts E-Statements, you will first need to log in to your HSBC Internet Banking account. Once you are logged in, follow the steps detailed below to register for E-Statements.
If you are not an Internet Banking user and would like to register for Internet Banking, please click here for a demo on how to register.
Step A : Click on ‘Statements / Advices’ from the left navigation.
Step B : In this section, select ‘Request Account E-Statements and E-Advice’.
Step C : Select the option pointing to ‘e-Statements only’. On doing this, your paper statements will be discontinued. You will be able to view your account statements through HSBC’s Internet Banking only. Please note that only the latest 11 credit card e-statements and the latest 15 bank account e-statements are held on your HSBC Internet Banking account. You may download these statements on to your computer if you want to store them for a longer period.
Step D : Similarly, you can opt for e-Advices to sent to be accessed through Internet Banking.
Step E : Provide us with your e-mail address to which all future account notifications need to be sent. This e-mail address will also be updated in your Personal Details.
Step F : Click on ‘Request’ to proceed.
Step G : Click on ‘Confirm’ to complete your registration for E-Statements.
