Pay your CitiBank Personal Loan EMI in 3 simple steps.

1. Provide your Personal Loan Details :
** Enter your 13 digit alphanumeric personal loan number, Email ID, mobile number and the amount you would like to pay back.
** Select your bank account from which you would like to execute this payment (we partner only with select banks).
** You will be securely redirected to the payment interface of your chosen bank.

2. Confirm Payment :
** Enter your authentication details (Net Banking User ID and Password of your Bank Account / Equivalent details).
** Confirm payment amount.
** Your chosen bank account will get debited instantaneously.

3. Receive online confirmation :
** You will receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number.
** Please note that this is a service meant for customers who have missed EMI payments. If you have not missed an EMI payment and have an existing, active and regular method of paying your EMIs through Post Dated Cheques, ECS instructions and so on then please do not use this service.
** Payments may be intermittently declined in the first 3 days of every month due to month end processes and computations. In the event you are unable to make your personal Loan EMI Payment, you can try the same again after 24 hours.     Sub:- No Dues Certificate of A/c no:- L 55 JAM 4534524.

    Again I like to inform you that , My name is Tapashi Dutta, SB 193 supervisor Flat.Sakchi, JAMSHEDPUR.( Present address:- SF-3/172 New Baradwari Supervisor Flats. Baradwari.Sakchi, Jamshedpur 831001.)
    My Account Number is –L 55 JAM 4534524. Your deposit slip no; 27868,and Full & Final settlement on Date 18-9-2009
    But till I have not received any “No Dues Certificate/ lone clearing Certificate” from citi bank. You have the commitment for 7 days before that “We shall revert to your query in 3 working days” this information by your e- mail. But I can’t understand that why you are taking it lightly. You know it is 5 years(18-03-2009) old case, to day is April 2014.
    I want to inform that I have seen in civil consumer credit site it is “settled” Showed by SBI bank.
    Because it is very urgently required, other wise I loss so money which is a dream in my life.
    So that, I request you to kindly send a copy of “No dues certificate/ lone clearing Certificate” as soon as possible within 3 days.
    Please remove the settled from civil site and you give me “No Dues Certificate/ clearing certificate” All dues “00” balance. Please send today or tomorrow positively.
    Hope you are kind enough to consider my case and save my life.
