All India Council for Technical Education announces the All India Merit list based on the scores obtained by the candidates in computer based Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2014 conducted online on 25th Feb and 26th Feb, 2014. The merit list indicates Rank,Candidate Roll number , Total Score, Category and Qualified/Not-Qualified status of all the candidates

The GPAT 2014 exam score will be valid for one year from the date of announcement of the result for admission in PG programme.

The Scorecard is valid only for one year for the purpose of obtaining scholarship in M. Pharmacy course.

After completing M. Pharm Degree if someone is interested in getting registered for Ph.D. degree and availing National Doctoral Scholarship the validity of the GPAT scorecard shall be three years

The Scores obtained have been calculated by assigning:
** +4 marks for the correct answer
** -1 mark for incorrect answer
** 0 mark for no answer

A national merit ranking has been arrived based on the Score of the candidate. The qualifying score has been based on self declared Category by the candidate. Designated Admission authorities will be responsible to ascertain the Category of the candidate from their valid original documents at the time of admission.

In case more than one candidate has secured same score then the same rank has been assigned to all of them but has been displayed by sorting their names alphabetically in the merit list. The rank of the subsequent candidate has been shifted by the number of additional students having the same rank.

Candidates can download the electronically generated score card with complete details using their login details from https://www.aicte-india.org/ from 15th Mar 2014 to 14th Apr 2014. Separate Score Cards will not be sent by email or by post to the candidates.

Only Qualified candidates would be eligible for applying for AICTE PG and NDF scholarships. Award of scholarship is subject to AICTE rules and regulations

The admission authorities are recommended to use score awarded to the students for allotment of seat in the AICTE approved programs along with other criteria that may exist, as applicable.

Instances of incorrect information provided by the candidates, if detected at any stage, would make the candidate liable for disqualification

Any dispute concerning GPAT 2014 would be subject to Jurisdiction of the competent courts within the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi only.

Any request for providing details related to an individual’s examination under RTI should be considered only if received within one month of result declaration.”
