Doctors Registration With MMC :
For the doctors who have registered with other state medical council & wants to registeted to Maharashtra Medical Concil

Instructions :
Produce following Original certificates for verification along with their attested photocopies. Attestation should be done by Government Gazetted officers/Registrar state medical Council/Dean/Head of Department/Professor/Associate Professor/Medical Superintendent of Medical college/Hospital.

Proof of date of birth (One of the following)
** School or College leaving Certificate
** Birth Certificate
** SSC/HSC Passing Certificate of Board
** Passport

M.B.B.S. University Degree Certificate :
** Certificate of satisfactory completion of internship
** Issued by the Head of the Institution Annexure I & II in original
** Issued by the University

Proof of change of name in case of married woman desirous of registration in new name :
Registration of marriage certificate
Any one – i) Govt. gazette ii) affidavit with photograph.

Three copies of latest passport size photographs.

Demand Draft of Rs .2000/- (Rs. Two thousand Only) in favour of Registrar Maharashtra Medical Council payable at Mumbai.

Maharashtra Medical Council will send a letter to other concerning State Medical Council for obtaining No objection Certificate of concern Registered Medical Practitioner to their state Council. After receiving a confirmation letter from said State Medical Council then only Maharashtra Medical Council issue a Registration Certificate. MMC charges Rs.70/- plus other state medical council fees that applicant doctor should verify the charges of concerning state Medical Council and submit the Demand draft as per there requirement.

Provide document for purpose of Registration in Maharashtra :
** For Post graduate education-Selection letter or Bonafide Certificate from concerned Institution
** Service – Appointment Order or In-service Certificate.
** Private Practice – Place of Practice with documentary proof i.e. for Rental House- copy of Agreement, for Own House-Copy of Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill etc.

Residential Proof in Maharashtra :
** Copy of leave and license agreement/Allotment Letter from Government accommodation
** Dean/warden/superintendent of Medical college/Hospital
** Ration Card/ Domicile Certificate/Electric Bill/ Telephone Bill (only applicable for those who are domicile of Maharashtra but registered with other Council.)

Attested zerox copy of certificate of Registration issued by other state council and original registration certificate for verification.
