NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (NIFTEM) is set up as an apex world class institute of global standards in Food Science & Technology under the aegis of GOI, MOFPI, requires efficient, experienced and competent officials for the following posts on regular basis

1. Name of the post : Deputy General Manager
No. of post : 01
Pay Scale: PB-III (Rs. 15600-39100+GP of Rs+ 7600/-)
Educational and other qualification required for Direct Recruitment/Deputation :
Post Graduate Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology /Agriculture Science/Post harvest Technology with 55% marks. &
(i) MBA with 60% marks in Entrepreneurship Development Project Management. Or
MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and Human Resource (Training) with 60% marks and should be able to do his work independently on computer.
Experience: At least 12 years experience in Pay Band –III of GP Rs. 5400 and above, including 3 years experience in the Grade Pay of Rs.6600, and having experience in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute or in equivalent post in the Private Sector in the following filed:
** Consultancy Service
** Planning and execution of training programmes
** Developing of Training Modules for skill development
** Implementation of skill developing programmes
** Coordination with govt agencies.

Should possess Post Graduate Degree in Food Science, Food Eng. with 55% marks & above & MBA (60%) from a recognized University of repute in the field of HR/Entrepreneurship Development/Project Management and should be able to do his work independently on computer.
Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience in Pay Band – II of GP Rs 4200 including 2 years experience in GP of Rs 4600 in a large commercial enterprise of repute/State/Central Government Organization/PSUs/University/Educational Institute. in the following filed:
** Consultancy Service
** Planning and execution of training programmes
** Developing of Training Modules for skill development
** Implementation of skill developing programmes
** Coordination with govt agencies.

Qualification:
1. A Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library.
2. Qualified in the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject conducted by UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.

4. Name of the post : Private Secretary

Pay Scale: PB-II (Rs. 9300-34100+GP of Rs+ 4600/-)
Educational and other qualification required for Direct Recruitment/Deputation :
Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of working experience as PA/PS in The Pay Band -I of GP Rs 2800 including 1 year in the Pay Band-II of GP Rs 4200.
Or
Persons working as PA/PS in Pay Band -II with GP 4200 for at least 2 years are also eligible. Retired Person who have worked in a govt. Ministry/PSU/Autonomous Bodies/University etc as on analogous posts are also eligible. Maximum Age 62 years.
Essential: Working as PA /PS Government, reputed University, Technical/Autonomous Institutions with an excellent proficiency in English language, Stenography with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m., Computer knowledge with typing speed of 40 w.p.m, Office Applications and Secretarial Practices like interdepartmental/ Govt. Correspondence, maintenance of daily dairy, appointments, meetings. The incumbent should be able to handle correspondence independently and would have to coordinate with all Departments/ Divisions and activities of the Institute. Should be able to do his work independently on computer.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent with enough experience in the Office Management, Public Relations/ Public Management.

5. Name of the post : Personal Assistant

Educational and other qualification required for Direct Recruitment :
i) Graduate with 50 % marks in any discipline with 2 years experience in the Pay Band – I of GP Rs 2800.
ii) Shorthand speed of 100 WPM and typing speed of 40 WPM besides knowledge of Computers is essential. Should be able to do his work independently on computer.

6. Name of the post : Assistant

Pay Scale: PB-II (Rs. 9300-34800+GP of Rs+ 4200/-)
Educational and other qualification required for Direct Recruitment :
Essential:
1. Graduate with minimum 50% marks or Post Graduate with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university in any discipline.
2. Certificate/diploma in computer applications of at least six months duration from a reputed institution.
3. Minimum 4 years of regular service experience in the Pay Band-II of Rs. 5200-20200 with GP of Rs. 2,400/-.
Note:
1. Candidates should possess an aptitude for drafting/noting in English and office procedure in a computerized environment and is expected to handle one or more functions related to Educational Administration/ Examinations/General Administration/House Keeping/Establishment/HR/Legal/Purchase/Accounts & Finance/ Project management/Public Relations.
2. Institute may decide (if required), to conduct written examination of eligible candidates. In that case the examination will carries 70% weightage and 30% weightage of interview performance.
3. All direct recruits are expected to work in a computerized environment.

7. Name of the post : Network Administrator

Educational and other qualification required for Direct Recruitment :
1. B.Sc (Computer Science/IT) or BCA or equivalent with 60% marks and 7 years of experience as detailed in experience. Or
2. MCA or M.Sc (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent with 55% marks and 2 years of experience as detailed in experience. Or
3. First class B.E/B.Tech (Telecommunications/Electronics/Computer Science/IT) or equivalent with 2 years of experience as detailed in experience.
Certification: CCNA or CCSP or CCNSE (Cyberoam Certified network and security expert) or equivalent.
Experience:
1. Should have experience in designing/implementing/configuring/up gradation and troubleshooting of large LAN/WAN network.
2. Should have experience in installation/configuration/troubleshooting L2 and L3 devices like router, switch (Cisco, Extreme or Juniper etc.) and network, wireless security devises (Firewall, UTM, Wireless controller etc.) routing, switching and security protocol, MPLS, VLAN, Frame Relay, remote networks, VoIP, ISDN, PRI & BRI, Load balancing, VPN, ACL, NAT, IP Phone, Lease line, Wi-Max, Subnetting etc.
3. Should have experience in Network topology, policies, procedure planning documentation and reporting of the work.

Certification: MCSA/E/M/D or oracle or equivalent.
Experience:
1. Should have experience in designing/implementing, up gradation, monitoring and troubleshooting of large network.
2. Should have experience in Administrating and maintenance of active directory, DC, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Antivirus, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, storage servers (NAS/SAN), ERP, LDAP, Message server, share point, NFS, web server etc.
3. Should have experience in Network topology, policies, procedure, planning, documentation and reporting of the work.
