Kasauli Cantonment Board invites applications on the prescribed format for the under mentioned posts likely to be filled up.

1. Name of the post : TGT(Science)(Non-Med)
Pay Scale : PB-3-Rs.10300-34800 + 3600 Grade Pay

Age : 18 to 30 years as on 25.3.2014
Qualification :
(i) B.Sc(NM) with at lease 50% marks and 01 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR B.Sc (NM) with at least 45% marks and 01 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard OR Sr.Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 04 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.)
AND
(ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) from HPSSSB in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

2. Name of the post : TGT(Arts)
Pay Scale : PB-3-Rs.10300-34800 + 3600 Grade Pay

Age : 18 to 28 years as on 25.3.2014
Qualification :
(i) B.A./B.Com with at least 50% marks and one year B.Ed. from any Inst./University recognized by State Govt. OR B.A./B.Com with at least 45% marks and 01 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) regulations issued from time to time in this regard OR Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) OR Sr. Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 04 years B.A.Ed. OR BA/B.Com with at least 50% marks and 01 years Bachelor in education (Bed.) (Special Education)
AND
(ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) from HPSSSB in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

3. Name of the post : Shashtri

Qualification :
Shashtri with at least 50% marks from a university/institution recognized by the HP Govt.
AND
Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET Shashtri) from HPSSSB in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
(ii) Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

4. Name of the post : P.E.T.
Pay Scale : PB-3-Rs.10300-34800 + 3200 Grade Pay

Age : 18 to 25 years
Qualification :
Senior Secondary School (+2) or its equivalent exam passed with at least 50% marks and two years diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed.) of two academic years from a University/Bord recognized by H.P. Govt. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Phy. Education with 50% marks (B.P.Ed.) from any university recognized by H.P. Govt. OR Bachelor’s Degree with Physical Education as an elective subject with 50% marks in Physical Education from a university recognized by H.P. govt. OR For Ex-Serviceman candidates Senior secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination with pass course of PTI from Army School of Physical Education Poona. 5% relaxation in marks will be given to those who have at least participated International/National SGFI/Sports competition or position holder in International Zonal sports Competition.
Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

5. Name of the post : Drawing Master
Pay Scale : PB-3-Rs.10300-34800 + 3200 Grade Pay

Age : 18 to 25 years
Qualification :
10+2 passed with 50% marks with two years diploma in Art and craft or its equivalent from nay Inst./University recognized by HP State Govt. OR Bachelor of Arts with Final/Visual Art (Painting and Sculpture or applied Arts) as on elective subject with 50% marks in Fine Arts or its equivalent from a recognized university. OR Master Degree in fine Arts/Visual Arts (Painting and Sculpture) or its equivalent from university/Institution recognized by the H.P. Govt.
(ii) Desirable: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Age limit for General Category : 18-25 years as on 25.03.2014

Fee : A demand draft worth Rs. 200/-in case of General, OBC and Rs. I00/-for reserve category in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Kasauli payable at State Bank of Patiala,Kasauli Cantt should be enclosed with the application form.

i) The applicant in Proforma given below on A-4 size plain paper duly typed in English and supported with attested copies of the relevant marks sheets/Certificate etc. should reach at

on or before 25.03.2014 upto 5.00 PM.

ii) A candidate can apply for only one post on one application.

iii) The application by registered post should reach this office on or before 25.03.2014 upto 5.00 PM accompanied by two photographs and two self addressed envelops of 5×11 size affixed with 25 Rs. Postal stamp alongwith the application

iv) Candidates should super scribe the post applied for on the TOP of the envelope.
