1. Name of the post : Deputy General Manager (Tech)
Pay scale : PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-
Mode of Recruitment : Deputation / Direct Recruitment

Age limit : 56 years for deputation & 45 years for direct recruitment
Educational Qualification:
Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution of Technology or a Recognised University / Institute.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering in the field (s) relating to Highway Engineering and / or Post Graduate Degree in Management / MBA from a recognised University / Institute.

2. Name of the post : Manager (Tech)
Pay scale :PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
Mode of Recruitment : Direct Recruitment
Classification of post : Group ’A’

Age limit : 40 years
Educational Qualification:
Essential : Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institution of Technology or a recognized University.
Desirable : Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering in the field (s) relating to Highway Engineering and / or Post Graduate Degree in Management / MBA from an Institute of repute.
Experience : Should have put in at least 03 years service in a responsible senior position in a Government Department / Public Sector Undertaking / Commercial organisation of repute and should be working in an analogous post or the post next below or equivalent for at least 03 years.

3. Name of the post : Junior Hindi Translator
Pay scale :PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
Mode of Recruitment : Direct Recruitment
Classification of post : Group ’B’
No. of posts : 3
Age limit : 30 years for direct recruitment
Educational Qualifications:
Essential:
(I) Master’s degree of a recognised University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; OR
Master’s degree of a recognised University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; OR
Master’s degree of a recognised University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; AND
(II) Recognised Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India undertaking.
Desirable :
(i) Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognised Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. OR
(ii) Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognised University.
