Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up of one post of “Junior Research Fellow” and “Junior Nurse” on adhoc basis for ICMR funded Project entitled “Preventing & Treating HIV Co-Morbidities in India: Multi-tiered Strategy for women” – under Dr. Prabha S Chandra, Professor & Principal Investigator, Department of Psychiatry.

1. Name of the post : JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (Women candidates will be preferred for the post.)
No of Posts : 1 (One)
Essential Qualification : MSW/MA in Psychology
Experience :
1. Two years experience in HIV or Mental Health. Candidates will be based in Belgaum, hence preference to those who are already residing in Belgaum.
2. Knowledge of spoken and written fluent Kannada and Marathi essential.
Maximum age limit : 35 Years
Emoluments : Rs.16,000/- + 30% HRA) P.M
Duration of the post : 2 Years
Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year which will be extendable for every year for 2 years or till the end of the project whichever is earlier depending up on the performance of the candidate

2.Name of the post : JUNIOR NURSE (Women candidates will be preferred for the post.)
No of Posts : 1 (One)
Essential Qualification : B.sc (Nursing)
Experience :
1. Two years experience in HIV or Mental Health. Candidates will be based in Belgaum, hence preference to those who are already residing in Belgaum.
2. Knowledge of spoken and written fluent Kannada and Marathi essential.
Maximum age limit : 35 Years
Emoluments : Rs.13,760/- P.M (Consolidated)
Duration of the post : 2 Years
Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year which will be extendable for every year for 2 years or till the end of the project whichever is earlier depending up on the performance of the candidate
