Getting started :
When you register at any Apollo hospital, an Apollo Prism account is automatically created for you. You then only have to verify and activate this account online by clicking on the Sign Up button on the home page.

Verification :
We verify you based on your UHID and mobile No, in the Sign Up form fill in –
a) Your UHID (Unique Hospital ID), which you would- ve received at the time of registration at the hospital. Check your hospital receipt or ID card for this number.
b) Your mobile number. Remember to use the mobile number as submitted at the time of registration.

Activation :
** If your UHID and mobile number match, confirming an authentic user, we will send you an activation code to your mobile number.
** Next, enter the activation code received on your mobile
** Fill up the rest of the form with the requisite information.
** Once your form is complete, your account is activated and you are ready to start using Apollo Prism.

Your information on Apollo Prism :
Based on your encounter at the hospital, your Apollo Prism account will show any test results, discharge summaries and health check reports from the hospital. While most lab test results will appear in your account, certain test results may not, as they are deemed sensitive by the hospital.You will be able to see your health information on Apollo Prism within 24 hours, after report creation.
