Instruction For Supervisor Certificate Of Competency (SCC) Renewal :
1. Mobile number is mandatory for which you will get all messages regarding renewal of SCC and scanned photograph, full signature is mandatory.
2. Maximum period of renewal 03 year at a time.
3. Maximum age limit for issue of S.C.C. 68 years.
4. Fitness Certificate from CDMO is mandatory after attaining 60 years and in every three years thereafter till 68 years.
5. Before submitting your application, check your renewal fees and make challan as per challan amount.

Notice :
It is hereby informed to all Electrical Supervisors that for renewal of S.C.C. (MV, HT & EHT) ONLINE applications will be received from 15.03.2014 onwards, the details of which can be found in the website i.e. as1.ori.nic.in/demosdaodisha. Offline applications will not be accepted from 15.03.2014. After online application is made, the hard copy of acknowledgement slip duly signed (full signature) alongwith the following documents may be submitted in the office of the E.L.B.O.
(i) Original S.C.C. Book.
(ii) Original Treasury Challan deposited under the head Demand No. :- “0043 – 00 – 102 – 0034 – 01001 – 000”.
(iii) Two nos. of passport size colour photograph with a clear front view.
(iv) Medical fitness certificate in original as applicable.

Fee Chart For Renewal Of SCC :
1. S.C.C(M.V) :
Rs.200=00
Rs.100=00

2. S.C.C(H.T) :
Rs.500=00
Rs.100=00

3. S.C.C.(E.H.T) :
Rs.1000=00
Rs.200=00

Late Fine :
(i) 100% fine up to six (06) months from the date of expiry.
(ii) 150% fine above six months but within 18 months.
(iii) 200% fine above 18 months but within 24 months.
(iv) 200% fine above 24 months but within 10 years.
(a) If the SCC is not renewed for the period 2 to 5 years, the SCC will be issued only after approval of the Chairman, Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha. They may send their application from offline.
(b) If SCC is not renewed 05 to 10 years, the SCC will be issued only after approval of Licensing Board. They may send their application from offline.

Non-Commercial Category :
The SCC issued to the persons working under the Govt. of Odisha, OHPC/OPTCL/GRIDCO/OPGC are to be considered as non-commercial. After retirement from service the SCC will be converted from non-commercial to commercial on application with payment of prescribed fees and relieve order.

Enclosures along with the Acknowledgement slip to be submitted to ELBO :
1. Hard copy of acknowledgement report duly signed.
2. Original S.C.C. Book.
3. Original Treasury challan.
4. Two color pass port size photographs.
5. Medical fitness certificate in original.
