IET-KARMAVEER EXPO’14 – The twelfth edition of a National Level Working Model Contest organised by the Department of Electrical Engineering, K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, Nashik in Association with IET Mumbai Local Network.

The IET-KARMAVEER EXPO, since its inception in 2003, has always endeavoured for the spread of Science and Technology among the masses. Knowledge is power and Technology is the multipiler. At the heart of event is a Working Model competition which gives a competitive platform to engineering students pursuing their Graduation In Electrical, Electronics, Electronics And Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Computer, Information Technology, Civil, Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Textile and Industrial Technology etc.

All in all, IET-KARMAVEER EXPO’14, plans to inculcate the spirit of the application of science and technology for the betterment of society.

Instructions For Participants :
1. Entry should be of a model (project) in working condition during the contest.
2. Only a software simulation is not permitted.
3. Maximum six students per project will be permitted.
4. Registration charges of Rs.500/- for each participant of the project.
5. For Registration Please Visit Registration Page And also download the registration form on your computer, Fill in your details in the soft copy itself & e-mail us on kexpo14@gmail.com.
6. Abstract should contain brief introduction about the project / model along with its technical and social benefits.
7. Please remember to take the printout of the registration form.
8. You will be asked to submit the details of registration charges (Demand Draft) only after selection of your model for contest.
9. You will have to carry your model and all required material / equipments at the college campus (venue) on reporting date if selected.For details refer Keydates on the website.
10. Organizers will only provide technical assistance during the contest to the participants.
11. Selected participants will have to bring bonafide student certificate with them at the time of reporting.
12. Selected participants names will be displayed on the website & also students will be informed on their Email id’s or contact numbers..
13. Registration charges include working lunch, breakfast and refreshment.
14. Registration charges once paid will not get refunded.

Reporting At the Venue (K.K.W.I.E.E.R ,Nashik) 18 March,2014
Contest & Exhibition 19-20 March,2014

Important Instructions For Participants:

2. Fill The soft copy itself with your details & send it to kexpo14@gmail.com.
3. Please Keep checking your e-mails, We will be sending you confirmation e-mail about selection of your project shortly.

Instructions :
