Railway Recruitment Cell/Northern Railway also reserves the right to declare any candidate successful or delete his/her name from the provisional written examination/final notified panel/select list at any stage of the recruitment procedure, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to its notice at any stage. The decision of Chairman/ RRC based on the facts/evidence presented before itself in the matter shall be final.
