HT/EHT Bill Online Payment :
To register as a user with Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) Web Enabled Customer Service (WECS), you are required to follow these steps.

To log on to the HT/EHT Web Enabled Services site :
1. Click Sign Up. The login screen will be displayed.

2. In the Consumer Number field, enter your consumer number. In the E-mail ID # field, enter your e-mail ID (e-mail ID should be same as that available in the KSEB records).

Note :
Consumer Number can be obtained from your monthly bill.

3. On entering the consumer number and e-mail ID, click Validate Consumer. The consumer can now log on to the site.

4. If the details entered are correct, the screen appears.

The details of the fields in the screen are explained in the following table :
Consumer Number :Consumer number of the user.
E-mail ID : # E-mail ID of the user.
Industry Name : Consumer’s Industry Name
User Name : Enter your user name in this field.
Note : Please remember the user name for future references.
Land phone Number : Consumer’s Land phone Number
Mobile Number : Consumer’s Mobile Number
Secret Question :Select a suitable secret question from the dropdown list.
Note : Please remember the secret question for future references.
Your Answer :Enter an appropriate answer for the previous question
Note :Please remember the answer for the secret question for future references.

5. Click Register. You will now be registered as a user of this site.

Note :
If validation fails, kindly get in touch with our system administrator by emailing at htbillsupport@ksebnet.com

After successfully registering in the site, the following message would be displayed

Note :
The system will generate a default password that will be sent to your E-mail ID and messaged to your mobile number that you have provided in the site.

6. Click Login . On clicking Login, the following screen appears. Enter your user name in the User Name field and the default password in the Password field.

Note :
** Use the User Name given at the time of registration
** Default Password send through e-mail/SMS

7. When you log on to the site for the first time using your default password, the system will prompt you to change the password.

Change Password Details :
The following needs to be entered :
1. In the User Name field, the user name would already be populated.
2. In the Old Password field, type your old password.
3. In the New Password field, type your new password.
4. In the Re-enter New Password field, type your new password once again to confirm.

Click Submit. Your password changes and the following message appears

Note :
The following are the password rules set in the system :
a. Password must be 8-20 characters long
b. Password must contain at least one upper case letter
c. Password must contain at least one lower case letter
d. Password must contain at least one number
e. Password must contain at least one special character [ AT ,%,!,#,$,^,*,(,),_]
f. Password cannot be the same as your User Name
g. Password validation is case-sensitive

8. You can presently log on to the site with your user name and the new password

After logging in, you will be viewing the Consumer home page.

Note :
It is advisable to change your password on a periodic basis to retain your confidentiality.

Payment Options:
HT / EHT consumer can remit energy charges in the following manner:
** Pay online using Net banking, Credit/ Debit cards.
** Demand Draft payable at Thiruvananthapuram drawn in favour of Special Officer (Revenue), KSEB, Thiruvananthapuram 695 004.
** By transfer of funds to the non-operative collection account of Special Officer (Revenue), SBT, KSEB Administrative Complex Branch, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram 695 004.
** By transfer of funds to the non-operative collection account with M/s HDFC.
