The Contest is available only in Hinglish and English language
A Subscriber by participating in the Contest, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her irrevocable consent to the procedure for winner selection of the Contest as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Contest by the Organizer including due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of Vodafone India or OnMobile, their affiliates and associates or for any reason whatsoever.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate in the Contest :
This Contest is valid for Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria

** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind; and

Further, the Subscribers who participate in the Win 10 Lakhs or Jeeto Dus Lakh Contest and are chosen as winners of each category of prize in accordance with the winner selection process under the Terms and Conditions of the Contest shall be required to be the registered Vodafone India Subscribers of the winning mobile phone number and not merely the players using such mobile number (“Winner(s)”). If the Winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the Subscriber of the mobile number, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible Winner or to forfeit the prize, at its sole discretion.
The Subscribers who are roaming outside their home Circle will be barred from playing the Contest.

When will the organizers bring the results list as far the winners are considered a participant name rakesh is having tremendous performance with highest total one lakhs plus eighty K overwriting the chance of ani.k who was the leading scorer unless rakesh introduced his scores. Wishing Good Lucks to both as in the tie breakers both have equal pts.
When will the win then lakhs contest merit list be published. I am eagerly waiting me too played the T.B round and scored a decent total in minimum time. I don’t know of which categories it was I think it was in favor of the weekly gift since my points in th e five hundred ques round was not so scoring as i have seen some leading scores in early levels.

BUT If not congrats and best wishes for you to win either in the weekly or luckily the super bumper prize. Did you get any prize in the daily prize winners list and would you please list your correct no of questions to get this score. In my opinion you should comment from the end dates of the contest far back early just to encourage challenges between the contestants. Anyways you seems to be as the leader as per comments and updates and mr rakesh if you win any prizes please update your rank and prize in the same Page link just in the context so that we can make sure as selection is genuine according to the performance since till now you are the leading scorer in the 500 questions phase. As per your clarification on the tie breaker and with reference to the blog posted by Mr p.m singh today do you guys have your name in the TALK TIME winners list because as per your above comments and blogs it is compulsory to be eligible on both or at least in anyone of the lower levels and earlier dates I read the blog of mr p.m singh about the status of tie breaker rounds he is correct that round conducted on 6th & 7th may was the charging one @ of Rs 5 per question. I agree to you about your reasonable interpretation. This is an satisfactory answer since round conducted on 13th & 14th may was non-charging and it also haves 25 questions and the S.M.S also have no indication to score maximum points in the least time. This may be reasonable since as many participants were in the confusion why there are two tie breakers. as in T&C ONLY ONE IS STATED and for further new tie breaker is described . Can there be two rounds of tie-breakers for the same contest?
If I’m not wrong in T&C for the contest, it says only one round of tie-breaker round is normally there.
Any idea why? or is that the way it should be?
What is your score in both the rounds of tie breaker? I scored 24 in first and 19 in the second one with initial score of 1 lakh 75 thousand approximately.
In both rounds I scored 25 correct answers.

Mr.P M Singh,thanks for your wishes. Even I do have the same question like you and many others who had asked and I believe this is how it works. I think all of them who’re qualified for each LEVEL (1st prize,2nd prize,weekly prize etc..) of the prize gets the same tie-breaker round questions .But each contestants will be divided according to the number of questions answered correctly at each level. To qualify for each level a contestant need to meet the criteria of each level by answered correctly the number of questions specified by the organizer in their T&C. I guess for 1st prize,anyone who have answered correctly anywhere between 350-500 answers will be eligible for the 1st prize and so will also be qualified for tie-breaker rounds for the 1st prize. So for eg, even a person who scores 475 correct answers and another person scores 425 correct answers in the initial rounds, still both are eligible for the 1st prize and will be qualified for the tie-breaker rounds. And in the tie-breaker whoever scores fastest and most number of questions correctly will be declared as the winner of the 1st prize. This is my understanding from the T&C of the organizers
I had played previous other contests too and played the tie breaker rounds. So I understood and also this how it says in the T&C of the contest by the organizers…
It would’ve great ,if the organizers could’ve speed up the process of selecting the winners and declaring it…but normally it is delayed…
I READ YOUR COMMENT TODAY.MR R.P .thanks for guiding actually u want to say that if there are FOUR contestants in which 3 are contenders of the daily prize, weekly prize and bumper/first prize with little differences in the initial round BUT HAVING THEIR NAME IN WEEKLY AND DAILY PRIZE and the other contestant have more score only in the initial phase of the contest will he be allowed to play tie breaker round or not & If YES And later in the tie breaker he scores second last in case of time taken to answer all 25 points in 25 questions then he will be gain no 2 position since more time is consumed. RIGHT. did I got you or you are trying to explain something other? This is the question that matters. Is this not bias & partial decision in my opinion and can not be understood easily well. I think I didn’t understand your question properly.
Okay this is how it works,
Bumper prize – Anyone who answers more than 750 correct answers are eligible for the tie-breaker rounds of the bumper prize as well as for the other prizes (but remember,a participant can only win prize of the MAIN prizes like either bumper prize or 2nd prize or 3rd prize).
Let say for example,225 participant answered more than 750 correct answers. In that, 50 of the participants answers 800 questions correctly and another 75 of them answers 850 questions correctly and another 100 of participants answers 900 questions correctly , still ALL OF THEM(225 participant) are eligible for the Bumper prize. So in that case, in the tie-breaker rounds whoever among the 225 participants scores the fastest and highest will be declared as the Bumper prize winner(It wont be then based on highest score in the initial round in these type of scenarios).
