Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts under National Urban Health Mission on contractual basis for a term of 11 months with monthly remuneration as noted against each and subject to renewal as per the Society norms basing on the performance and subject to continuance of the programme.

01 Name of the post : Medical Officer (UR)
Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.) : Rs. 24,000/- (Fixed)
Eligibility:
i) Candidate should have obtained MBBS degree from recognized University / Institution approved by Medical Council of India.
ii) Applicants shall be in between the age group of 21-68 years as on 01.02 2014.

02 Name of the post : Pharmacist
Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.) :Rs. 5,200/-
Eligibility:
i) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institute and approved by P.C.I. Must have registered under Odisha State Pharmacy Council.
Desirable: – Computer proficiency (MS Office / Internet).
ii) S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
iii) Applicants shall be in between the age group of 21-32 years as on 01.02 2014.

03 Name of the post : Staff Nurse
Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.) :Rs. 5,200/-
Eligibility:
i) The candidate must have passed General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc. Nursing from any 3 (three) Govt. Nursing schools of 3 Medical Colleges / School of Nursing M.C.L Talcher / I.G.H, Rourkela or other recognized private institutions duly approved by I.N.C and must have registered in the Odisha Nursing Council.
ii) S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
iii) Applicants shall be in between the age group of 21-32 years as on 01.02 2014.

04 Name of the post : Laboratory Technician
Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.) :Rs. 5,200/-
Eligibility:
i) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) Courses from any of 3 (three) Medical College & Hospitals of the State or from any other AICTE approved Institute.
ii) S/he must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
iii) Applicants shall be in between the age group of 21-32 years as on 01.02.2014.

05 Name of the post : A.N.M
Monthly Base Remuneration (in Rs.) :Rs. 5,200/-
Eligibility:
i) The candidate must have passed the H.S.C. examination & should have completed A.N.M course from Govt. Institutions / private institutions approved by I.N.C. Must have registered under Odisha Nursing Council.
ii) She must have passed Odia up to M.E. Standard.
iii) Applicants shall be in between the age group of 18-32 years as on 01.02.2014.

Post / Speed Post / Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be superscribed clearly the name of the post applied for.
