As per “Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts’ Staff (Recruitment, Promotion and conditions of Service) Rules, 2012, applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following posts/ vacancies in all the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh

1. Name of the post : Judgment Writer on contract basis (Class- III)
No. of post : 17
Qualification : Possessing minimum qualification of Graduation from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 60 W.P.M. on computers.

2. Name of the post : Steno Typist (Class- III)
No. of post : 11
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 60 W.P.M. on computers.

3. Name of the post : Steno Typist on contract basis. (Class- III)

Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 60 W.P.M. on computers.

4 Name of the post : Clerk (Class- III)

Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

5 Name of the post : Clerk On contract basis. (Class- III)
No. of post : 50
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

6 Name of the post : Driver (Class- III)
No. of post : 2
Qualification : Matriculate and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. Preference shall be given to those having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles

7 Name of the post : Driver on contract basis (Class- III)
No. of post : 2
Qualification : Matriculate and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. Preference shall be given to those having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles

8 Name of the post : Process Server (Class- IV)

Qualification : Having passed 10+2 examination from the recognized Board.

Application Fee : Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla payable at Shimla.
Class-III : `200/- for General Category, `150/- for reserved category
Class-IV : `150/- for General Category, `100/- for reserve category.
