SUBJECT: Information Regarding the Answer keys and post examination procedure.
The procedure mentioned below is for the information of all candidates who have appeared for the competitive examination for the ibid posts.
The answer key for the Exams of Scientific Assistant & Scientific Officers (Biology, Chemistry, Documents, Photography, Serology and Teaching) has been uploaded on the Website vide Public Notice No. 8 Dated 20/02/2014.
The candidates are hereby given four days to submit their objections till exactly 5:00 pm on 24th Feb 2014.
No query/objection will be entertained after 5:00 pm on 24th Feb 2014.
The candidates may send their objections by hand/by post or by email and must ensure that these are received in the PPSC before the cut off time and date given above.
The candidates are required to substantiate their objections by giving proper reasoning for their objections and by attaching documentary evidence with their objections and queries – if the objections are sent through email, then the scanned copies of the documentary evidence should be attached with the email.
Any objection sent through post/ by hand or by email without reasoning and documentary evidence will not be considered or processed by the Commission.
The answer keys and the valid objections will be examined by a team of experts constituted by the PPSC to arrive at the final revised and corrected answer key, if necessary. Thereafter, the final answer key will be uploaded on the Commission’s Website.
The shortlist of candidates who will be called for the interview will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key and will be hosted on the website of the Commission accordingly.
