Counselling List for Admission to Post Graduate Diploma In Transmission & Distribution March – 2014 Batch.

COUNSELLING SCHEDULE :
With reference to applications received for admission to P.G. Diploma Course in Transmission and Distribution, following candidates are short listed on merit basis to appear for final screening/counseling on 05.03.14 for admission to the course at NPTI (N.R.), B.T.P.S. Complex, Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044.

List 1. General categories counseling on 05.03.14 Time 10:00 A.M.
List 2 &3. SC, ST & OBC categories counseling on 05.03.14 at 2:00 P.M.
List 4. Candidates with CGPA/DGPA/CPI where no conversion formula is given. (To report on 05.03.14 Time 10:00 A.M. with conversion formula duly certified by their university)
List 5. Disqualified Candidates for result awaited or Branch not satisfying.

SCHEDULE OF DEPOSITING FEES AND OTHER CHARGES FOR NON- SPONSORED CANDIDATES :

5. Helmet charges On the day of admission (05.03.14) 200/-
6. 2nd installment of course fee 05.06.14 65,000/- (+12.36% S.T.)
7. Course commences on 06.03.14

Total amount payable at the time of admission Rs. 83,531/- (without Hostel) And Rs. 1,03,088/- (with hostel)

Note :
1. The seats will be allocated as per merit list, subject to the candidates being present on his turn and satisfying all eligibility criteria.
2. Finally selected candidates for admission will deposit course fee & other charges on the date of counseling for confirmation of their seat.
3. All payment except hostel charges to be made by demand draft in favour of “NPTI (NR) Badarpur” payable at “ New Delhi”. Hostel charges may be paid separately in cash /D.D
4. All candidates are required to bring one pass port size photographs & one set of photo copy of all certificates along with originals for verification at the time of counseling.
5. OBC candidates are to bring original latest non-creamy layer certificate (issued on or after 01.04.2013). No affidavit/ undertaking will be accepted for this purpose.
6. No claim to the seat will be entertained if the candidate fails to appear as per his/her category during scheduled counseling. However he/she will be allowed to appear for counseling on arrival before the next due candidate.
7. The candidates having DGPA/CGPA/CPI have to produce conversion formula for equivalent percentage duly certified by their respective university
8. No TA/DA is payable to candidates appearing for counseling/Screening for admission to course and they have to make their own arrangement towards their boarding/lodging etc if any.
9. Provisional admission is subject to verification of all the relevant documents/certificates of the candidate during counseling.

12. Payment towards boarding in hostel canteen is to be paid directly by students to mess contractor.
