The candidate who is unable to received Interview Letter through Postal Services or online, they may collect their Interview Letter for Viva Voce test from the Office of the Member Secretary, DLSC, South 24 Parganas & District Panchayat & Rural Development Officer, South 24 Parganas, New treasury Building, 2nfd Floor, Alipore Kolkata-700027 (near Bhabanibhaban) from 20/02/2014 to 21/02/2014 upto 5.00 PM by producing their original Admit Card and any valid photo identity proof document.

** You are requested to present yourself sufficiently ahead of the scheduled time.
** You are requested to bring with you the following Papers/Documents in original and photo copy at the time of above tests.
** All Documents in proof of the Age / Educational Qualifications.
** Experience Certificate if any.
** Interview Letter.
** Admit Card issued at the time of Written Test.
** Failure to appear or to produce any of the required documents in original for verification before the Personality Test Board may render your candidature liable to be cancelled and the Committee will take final decision without making further reference. No request for change of date of the Viva Voce Test will be entertained. You are requested to appear at the Personality Test on the assumption that you fulfil the requirement of the educational qualifications, experience etc. in terms of the advertisement issued by the DLSC.
** Selection of reserved candidates has been made on the basis of Caste category as mentioned by them in online application. Failure to produce original caste certificate at the time of interview in support of his/her claim as caste category mentioned in online application, his/ her candidature shall be rejected straightway and he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the viva Voce test.
** No travelling allowances will be paid for any journey that may be undertaken by you for this purpose.
** This letter conveys no promise for appointment.
