Emoluments : Pay Band : PB-3, Rs.15600 – 39100 with Academic Grade Pay (AGP) of Rs.8000/- per month
(i) Minimum pay in the Pay Band to be fixed at Rs.30,000/- + AGP of Rs.8000/- p.m.
(ii) Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years industrial/research/teaching experience, excluding however, the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.

Preferred specialization for the positions in the Faculty Area of ;
Marketing Management: Management with specialization in Basic Marketing/Marketing Research/Green Consumer Behaviour/International Marketing(Forestry Products)/Green Marketing/Rural Marketing.

Financial Management: Micro-finance/social finance/financial inclusion/rural finance/development finance/rural banking/rural credit/rural insurance, Sustainable finance/forest finance/environmental finance/carbon finance/cooperative finance/sustainable energy finance/sustainable & responsible investment/development investment/sustainable micro & small enterprises/commodities financing & trading.

Communication & Extension Management : Mass or Media Communication/Journalism/Development Communication/Forestry/ Agriculture or allied areas/Extension Management.

Environment & Developmental Economics: Ecological Economics/Environmental Economics with specialization in Ecosystem-Economy Modeling and Conservation Finance.

Information Technology & Quantitative Techniques : Computer Science/GIS and Remote sensing, Database management having experience in NRM/Statistics/Environmental statistics & Modeling/Climate change modeling/data mining Techniques.

Strategic Management :
Management with specialization in Basic Strategic Management/International Business/Management Control Systems/New Product Development Strategy/Corporate Governance.
(iii) In addition to the regular pay, all permanent posts carry House Rent Allowance/Housing facility at the campus(subject to availability), Transport Allowance and Dearness Allowance as per institute rules.
(iv) Every employees of the Institute will be covered by New Pension Scheme of Govt. of India/CPF as applicable.
(v) Leave Travel Concession (LTC) as per Govt. of India rules.
(vi) Children Education allowance as per Govt. of India Rules.
(vii) Reimbursement of medical expenses of self and dependent family members as per Institute rules.
