Written Examination result of EN No. 01/2012

1. The result (Non-PWD candidates and PWD candidates) of written examinations held on 27-10-2013, 17-11-2013, 01-12-2013 and 08-12-2013 is published. The same is uploaded in RRC’s website www.rrchubli.in. Candidates may enter Roll Number and Date of Birth to access their result.

2. The result of written examination held on 24-11-2013 is withheld and will be published in due course.

3. For Non-PWD candidates :
a) Based on the results, the candidates are called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) provisionally 04 times the notified vacancies as per Railway Board’s instructions (RBE No.166/2005). PET for male candidates has been fixed at Hubli from 10.03.2014 to 13.03.2014 and on 14.03.2014 for female candidates.

b) Mere participation/qualifying in the PET does not entitle the candidates to claim for appointment on Railways and the candidates will be selected for final empanelment based on the merit in the written exam from amongst the candidates qualified in the PET.

c) PET is only a qualifying test in which male candidates have to run 1000 meters in 04 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance & female candidates have to run 400 meters in 3 minutes and 10 seconds in one chance.

d) Call letters to the selected candidates called for PET have been dispatched. Date, Time & Venue have been indicated in the call letter. Request for change of date or time will NOT be accepted. Those who do not receive call letter must come to RRC Office on 07-03-2014 between 10 am & 4 pm for obtaining duplicate call letter.

4. For PWD candidates :
a) As there is no PET for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates, they are being called (provisionally) directly for Document Verification (DV) on 26.03.2014 at RRC/Hubli.

b) Individual call letters are being sent to PHQ (PWD) candidates indicating date, time and venue for document verification. Such candidates may note that even if they do not receive call letter for UV, they may attend the DV at RRC/Hubli on the scheduled date.

c) The candidates called for DV shall compulsorily bring the following original documents for verification:
1) Proof of date of birth
2) 10th class pass/ITI or Equivalent certificate
3) Certification of Physical Disability (in prescribed proforma as given in notification)
4) SC/ST/OBC certificate, wherever applicable (in prescribed proforma as given in notification).

d) PWD candidates found suitable during document verification will be directed for medical examination. They should come prepared to stay 2-3 days besides the day of Document Verification at their own expense.

e) Mere calling for the Document Verification does not entitle the PWD candidates for claiming empanelment/appointment on Railways.

5. Railway Recruitment Cell, South Western Railway reserves the right to declare any candidate successful or delete any candidate’s name from the notified result at any stage of selection and subsequently, if any discrepancy or malpractice is noticed or brought to the notice of RRC at any stage and the decision of RRC in the matter shall be final. Candidature is also liable to be rejected in cases of fraud/impersonation at any stage of selection process and the decision of RRC/SWR and SWR administration in the matter shall be final.

6. RRC/Hubli reserves all the rights to rectify the errors and omissions, if any, at any stage.

7. The list of candidates called for PET and the list of PWD candidates called for Document verification are displayed on the notice board of RRC, Hubli also.
