Competition is governed by the following terms and conditions:
1) Only school students of Class I to Class XII are eligible for this scholarship.
2) Working technique: must be done by hand Materials used: (Pencils/ Poster colours/ Acrylic colours/ watercolours)
3) Paper Size: A3,
4) Drawing Sheet Only
5) All the drawings submitted shall be the property of MJ Creative Concepts and no claims towards it shall be entertained
6) All the Applicants will Receive a Insurance Policy of Rs. 1 Lac for 1 Year which can be renewed further.
7) There will be 10 top prizes for each Class I to Class XII as follows which will be felicitated by a celebrity at Mumbai: 10 Top Prizes: – Rs.1,00,000/- + Gold Medal + Certificate 100 Consolation Prizes: – Rs. 10,000/- + Certificate 1 Bumper Prize for Rs.10,00,000/- + Certificate for the Best Drawing ->Taxes as applicable will be deducted. ->The top prize winners will be provided with air tickets to and fro Mumbai and free hotel stay.
8) The next top 100 students from each Class I to Class XII will receive Rs.10,000/- each with Certificates & Trophies in their respective schools.
9) All the remaining participants will be awarded participation certificates by the Guiness Book of Records.
10) The contest fees is Rs. 250/- only and the cost of the application form is Rs.10/- only which has to be submitted along with the form to the respective school office. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
11) The contest will be judged by a jury of10 famous personalities from the Arts field. The decision of the jury will be final and binding on all the parties.
12) The last date for enrollment in this contest is 30-04-2014, Wednesday and the last date for submitting the drawing is 30-06-2014, Monday.
13) The drawing should be carefully rolled and packed inside a plastic / Cardboard cylinder which is used to carry drawing sheets and should be couriered to this address: MJ Creative Concepts, Office 111, Panchavati Plaza, Haware Complex, Sec-5, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 400701. Ph: 022 37212927.
14) The winners will be announced on our website mjcreativeconcepts.com, Times of India, Indian Express, & Facebook by 31-07-2014, Thursday.
15) The felicitation function will be conducted on 10-08-2014, Sunday at Mumbai.
16) All the legalities are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
