Dr. Ibeyaima Innovative Award 2014 :
Manipur Science and Technology Council (MASTEC) has recently instituted an award in the name and style of Dr. Ibeyaima Innovation Award. The award has been donated by the Manipuri Association of Canada (MAC), based in Whitby, Ontario, Canada in memory of its member Late Dr. Hijam Ibeyaima Devi.
The Award carries Rs. 20,000.00 cash, Citation and a Memento.
The award will be given to any individual (scientist/technologist/ entrepreneur or any organization (academic institution/R&D organization, NGO) excluding political & religious organizations domiciled in Manipur (for at least 5 years preceding the date of nomination for the Award) for outstanding contributions towards causing and promoting scientific & technological innovations provided the innovation is purely originated from establishments within the state of Manipur.
Interested scientist/technologist/entrepreneur or any organization may submit duly filled in application forms to this office on or before April 15, 2014.
The Award Carries : Rs 20,000.00 cash Citation and a Memento
If you have achieved in producing something That can be called “Innovation” in terms of :
** Uniqueness
** Novelty
** Socio-economic utility
** Replicability
** Marketability;
That has been proven by theoretical and practical testing calibration and validation etc,
You or your organization can compete for the Award by submitting your entries on or before April 15, 2014.
Your entry can be a product, a process or service.
