Apply online for a class 3 digital certificate for the designated individual with organization name. Ensure the Digital Certificate is legally valid in India.
For making payment and submission of documents required for issue of the Digital Certificate, follow the instructions on the CA’s website.

Instructions :
1). Detailed Project Report
2). Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company/Society/Partnership Deed/Trust Deed. (As may be applicable).
3). A brief note on the present activities of the company/associate companies/subsidiaries and the present proposal.
4). The bio-data of the promoters, copy of PAN card issued by IT Department, IT returns of last 3 years and CA certified networth statement of each individual promoter supported by details of properties.
5). Acknowledgement of Industrial Entrepreneurs Memorandum (IEM) filed with Government of India/Letter of Intent obtained from Government of India/100% EOU letter of permission, FIPB / RBI approval etc.
6). Audited Accounts/Annual Reports for the last 3 years of the company and CA certified Networth Statement.
7). Location map of the land and village map highlighting the Sy nos of land identified for the project if land is outside industrial area.
8). Project layout map indicating the immediate and future land requirements in Sq.Mts.
9). Copies Land records and the agreements with land owners if any made by the company.
10). Project implementation Schedule.
11). All fields are mandatory. Wherever not applicable please mention as “Not Applicable”.

12). In case company authorizes a person as signatory :

i. Projects above Rs. 15 Crores upto Rs. 30 Crores – Rs. 30,000/-
ii. Projects above Rs. 30 Crores upto Rs. 50 Crores – Rs. 50,000/-

iv. Projects above Rs. 250 Crores upto Rs. 1000 Crores – Rs. 8 Lakhs
v. Projects above Rs. 1000 Crores upto Rs. 5000 Crores – Rs. 15 Lakhs
vi. Projects above Rs. 5000 Crores and above – Rs. 30 Lakhs

13). Note :
(i) The Karnataka Udyog Mitra will provide escort service for identification of land, getting Government clearances, approvals and licenses etc.
(ii) Projects above Rs. 15 Crores upto Rs. 100 Crores will be placed before the State Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC).
(iii) Projects above Rs. 100 Crores will be placed before the State High Level Clearance Committee (SHLCC).
(iv) Projects which are cleared by the Land Audit Committee(LAC) would be placed before the SLSWCC and SHLCC.
