LIST OF PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES QUALIFIED IN THE WRITTEN TEST HELD ON 28.07.2013 FOR APPEARING IN PERSONAL INTERVIEW FOR THE POST OF MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (P&A) – POST NO.2013/3 IN DVC WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES

1. Please refer to the DVC advertisement hoisted in the DVC website on 13.04.2013 inviting ONLINE Applications for the Post of MT (P&A) Post No. 2013/3.
2. On being qualified in the Written Test the following candidates whose names are shown below have been provisionally shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on the marks obtained by them in the Written Test & entries made by them in the ONLINE application for the above post subject to fulfilling the educational and other eligibility criteria along with the Schedule of Interview. If at any stage of the recruitment process including after recruitment or joining, it is detected that information provided by him/her is incorrect/incomplete/false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, or if it is found that he/she has concealed/distorted any material information, their candidature/appointment will be cancelled without assigning any reason thereof.
3. Interview of the eligible candidates will be held at DVC Towers, VIP Road (near Ultadanga), Kolkata-700054 from 9:30 A.M onwards as per the Schedule of Interview mentioned below.
4. The list is purely provisional subject to meeting all requirements as laid down in the advertisement and verification of all the required documents furnished by the applicants in their ONLINE application. Please note carefully the following guidelines before appearing for interview and documents to be submitted before the DVC Authority.
5. Candidature for Personal Interview is subject to meeting eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement for the Post. Date of Personal Interview (PI) may please be seen where the shortlisting of the candidates has been displayed.
6. While every care has been taken in preparing the list of eligible candidates, DVC reserves its right to rectify any fact-based inadvertent error or typographical mistake.
7. List of Documents to be brought at the time of Personal Interview (PI) in Original with one set of self-attested photocopies also.
a. Age Proof (Date of Birth) as per Secondary School Certificate.
b. Secondary School Examination Certificate & Mark Sheet.
c. Higher Secondary Examination Certificate & Mark Sheet.
d. MBA/PG Diploma (HR/PM/IR)/MSW/LSW etc. Mark Sheets of each year / semester & Pass Certificate (Main/Provisional) showing two years full-time Post Graduate Degree with HR/PM/IR as specialisation.
e. Caste Certificate (i.e. SC/ST/OBC-NCL) in GOI Format, if applicable. In case of OBC (NCL), current valid certificate not older than 6 months will have to be produced.
f. PH Certificate in GOI Format, if applicable.
g. Photo ID (PAN Card / Passport / Voter Epic Card / Driving License).
h. Experience Certificate, if any.
i. Documents / Certificates in support of any other additional qualification / experience mentioned in the application.
j. 4 Identical Passport size coloured photographs.
k. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from his/her present employer (in case of Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU employee).
l. Candidate’s copy of fee receipted challan.
8. Mere appearing the name in the short listed list or mere appearing in the PI does not bestow upon the candidate any right to be selected suo moto to the post applied for.
9. If candidates fail to bring all the required certificates in original, four passport size self-attested coloured photographs and Caste Certificate (i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH from competent authority), NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC), Experience Certificate, Photo Identity Proof etc, the candidates will not be allowed for Interview.
10.The candidates are entitled to single ‘to & fro’ first class Railway Fare by the shortest route for the journey performed to attend the Interview from your nearest Rly. Station (as per the communication address mentioned in the application) to HOWRAH/ SEALDAH/ BIDHAN NAGAR Rly. Station on production of railway ticket /ticket no. for onward journey, as per the rules of the Corporation. Please note that the Railway fare will be reimbursed only for the journeys made from the station as mentioned in the application and not from any other station. Further, reimbursement would be limited to travel by common Mail/Express only and not by trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duranto etc. which ordinarily have exclusive fares. Reporting without applicable documents would render your candidature ineligible and cancelled. Journey made by road is not reimbursable.
11.No further correspondence or even telephonic queries on any issue whatsoever whose names are not appearing in the list would be entertained.
12.Call letters of the shortlisted candidates for Interview will not be sent to the candidates separately by any Post/e-mail, etc.
