Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR HQ), New Delhi desires to engage Project Fellows on purely temporary basis under Project titled “CSIR Transformation Project —ICT Interventions” at CSIR Hqrs. for which the interview will be held on 11 February, 2014 at 10.00AM

Age limit : 32 years as on 11.02.2014
Essential Qualification : B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science & Engg. / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engg. / Electronics & Instrumentation Engg. or MCA with at least 55% marks and having at least 2 years experience in projects relating to ERP implementation and possessing programming skills competencies and expertise in Software Testing, validation including familiarity with tools and techniques for troubleshooting, vectorization, resolving locks & waits, parallelization, high performance cluster computing harnessing multi core processors, query / resource optimization;
Remuneration : Rs.18,000/- plus HRA per month
The positions are purely temporary and proposed to be filled up on contract basis for a period of ONE YEAR extendable up to the duration of the project period. Contract may be terminated any time by giving one-month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any regular CSIR post.
Mode of Selection: In case large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be short listed through written test.
Leave: Project Fellows will be entitled for one day leave for each completed month of service.
Reservation: As regards reservation, if all things are equal, SC/ST/OBC candidates may be given preference over General candidates so as to ensure their representation.
Medical facilities: Project Fellows will not be entitled for any medical facilities either through CSIR dispensaries or under CS (MA) rules.
