I. Position Title : Aircraft Helper
Number of Posts: 2 (1 Radio + 1 Mechanical)
Position Status: Contractual
Duty Station: IGRUA, Fursatganj Airfield
Duration: 1 Year, with the possibility of extension
Duties and Responsibilities : Assist various technical personnel in carrying out all types of maintenance work on aircraft operated by IGRUA including cleaning of aircraft. She/he will also be required to carry out tarmac duties as a Marshaller and any other technical work in the Engineering Dept as allotted by his superiors.
Education : Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in the Avionics/Mechanical Stream from any DGCA approved AME Institute.
Experience :
i) Minimum 1.5 years field experience in Avionics/Mechanical stream in any General Aviation Organization/Flying Club in addition to 2 ½ yrs training in the AME Institute.
ii) Technical personnel not possessing the required qualifications should be at least a Matriculate, with minimum 4 years working experience in Avionics/Mechanical stream in any General Aviation Organization/Flying Club
Remuneration : Depending on professional background and work experience a competitive compensation is offered.
2. Position Title : Junior Aircraft Mechanic Radio
Number of Posts: 2
Position Status: Contractual
Duty Station: IGRUA, Fursatganj Airfield
Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
Duties and Responsibilities : Assist the superiors on the floor as well as in the Radio Shop in carrying out all types of maintenance work on different models of aircraft operated by IGRUA. Coordinate with the Radio Shop technical personnel in ensuring completion of work in the stipulated time frame as per Work Orders issued by the CAMO Cell. She/he shall also be required to carry out tarmac duties in the capacity of a Marshaller and any other technical work as allotted by his superiors.
Education : Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering in the Avionics Stream from any DGCA approved AME Institute.
Experience :
i) Minimum 3 years field experience in any General Aviation Organization/Flying Club in addition to 2 ½ yrs training in the AME Institute.
ii) Technical personnel not possessing the required educational qualifications should be at least a Matriculate, with minimum 6 years working experience in any General Aviation Organization/Flying Club.
iii) Should have at least 2 years experience on aircraft having glass cockpit preferably Garmin 1000 system.
