Online Correction Request :
Login Form :
For New User :
Click on “Register (New User)” link Button, you will get blank Registration Form .

Registration Form : (Blank form)
Fill the required details in registration form and click “Submit” button. Your login created and confirmation Email will be appearing on your registered Email id as you entered.

Note :
Fields mark with * are mandatory.

For already Registered User :
Enter User Id, Password and click on ‘Submit’ button.

User Menu Form :
Following Links will appear :
Request for Correction, Upload Document, View Request, Change Password .

Correction Request Form :
By Clicking on ”Request for Correction” , get request for correction form.

Select / enter all mandatory fields like (Reference No( Application/Registered trademark Number), Application Published (Yes or No), Field of Correction(in which correction is required), and desired Correction) and click “Submit” button. A unique request no. will be generating for your future reference.

Now, to Upload Supporting Document (If any) click “Upload Supporting Document” button or Upload Document link from User menu.

Select/ Enter mandatory fields like Document Type, Uploading Document and click “Upload” button to save. You can also modify uploaded document by clicking “Edit” Button.

View Request Form :
By clicking “View Request” button, user can see the status of their correction request.

By clicking “View” button, see the details of particular request.

To Submit Clarification :
View Request :
Select/ Enter (Application No., Request No., Request Status) and Click ‘Show’ button. Click “Process” link.

If TMR Office request for any clarification related to particular correction request, then click “Process” button and enter clarification.

You can also upload required document by clicking “Upload Supporting Document” button.

Change Password Form :
By Clicking “Change Password” button, user can change their password.

To Enter request for Forget Password :
Login form :
“Forget Password” then enter user id, Email Id and click “Submit” button.

New password will be appearing on your registered Email id.

Note :
This online correction request service is to be used only for the correction of clerical/typographical errors in the data entry at the TMR office and not for the recordal of any change or amendment that has taken place during the course application or registration.
