Dear Candidate,
** We thank you for responding to our recruitment notification published in Employment News dated 30.11.2013 to 06.12.2013, and Hindustan Times, DainikJagran, Times of India, Indian Express all dated 02.12.2013.
** You must bring this Admit Card, duly completed, to the test centre and reach there at the reporting time mentioned overleaf. Latecomers will not be permitted for the test.
** You must also bring with you Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator, mobile phone, etc. in the Test Centre campus. Any candidate found using or to be in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
** After the examination is over, you have to hand over the question booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence and will summarily disqualify the candidates.
** The question paper will comprise of 125 Objective Type Questions on General English, General Aptitude, General Knowledge and Trade/Post related topics; with 25% negative marking for wrong answers. Duration of the written test will be 120 minutes (2 hours).
** The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz., Written Test/ Skill Test/ Interview will be purely provisional subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. If, on verification at any time before or after the Written Test/ Skill Test/ Interview, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
** Request for change of test centre / venue will not be entertained.
** In the event of your being provisionally short listed on the basis of your performance in the written test, you will be called to appear for Skill Test/Interview.
** You should retain the lower part of this Admit Card, duly signed by the Invigilator with centre seal, and produce it for verification while appearing for subsequent stages of this recruitment, if called.
** Traveling and other expenses for the written test will be borne by you.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
** Discrepancies, if any, regarding your particulars in the admit card should be reported by e-mail to igmkolkata@jobapply.in at least 7 days prior to the Written Test.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ANSWER SHEET :
Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the following instructions:

** Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number that you choose by completely darkening only the corresponding oval/circle on the answer sheet using HB pencil.
** Shade only one oval/circle. If you shade more than one oval/circle the answer will be treated as wrong.
** The method of shading the oval/circle has been indicated in “Important Instructions” on Side-1 of the Answer Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
** If you wish to change any answer, completely erase the one already marked by you and darken the fresh oval/circle using an HB pencil.
** Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
