1) National Racing Drivers License
2) National Rally Driver / Co-Driver License
3) Drag, Autocross, Hill Climb – National

5) Individual Entrant – National / International

Fees :
National Racing Drivers License Rs.2,000/=
National Rally Driver / Co-Driver License Rs.2,000/=
Drag Race, Autocross, Hillclimb Rs.1000/=
Gymkhana, TSD, Family Navigation (up to Open status only) Rs.300/= (only Driver needs to take; optional for Navigator) (Medical Forms not required)
Individual Entrant National (Rs.2000)/ International (Rs.7000)
Team Entrant National (Rs.10,000/-)/ International (Rs.15,000/-)
Application Fees For International Racing & Rally Drivers License :
Grade C Rs.5,000
Grade B Rs.9,000
Grade A Rs.14,000
Note :
Only FMSCI license holders are covered by FMSCI insurance
Terms & Conditions :
1) Please write in CAPITAL letters ONLY
2) Please attach 2 STAMP SIZE PHOTOS.
3) If you are 18 years and above, Self attested (signed) Xerox copy of your Civil Driving License is mandatory.
4) Racing license may be issued if the applicant has completed his 14th birthday at the time of applying and is certified by FMSCI member club after observing him drive, For Rally or Public road Events, license is issued only to holders of Civil Driving License
5) For all applicants below 18 years of age, proof of age (Xerox of birth certificate / passport etc) is mandatory
6) Driver & individual OR team entrant license is a must
7) Payments should be made by Demand Draft in favour of “The Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India” or “FMSCI”, payable at Chennai.
8) All licenses are valid only upto 31st December of the year of issue
International Racing Drivers License :
To be eligible for an FIA International Driver’s Licence, excepting the Grade FIA Junior-C Off-road, applicants must have passed their 16th birthday before 1 January of the first year of validity of the licence

Also it would be better if you can help me to fill up the (National Racing drivers license form) so that I can submit the same to fmsci without any doubt or mistake.
I just wanna want to know if I will get the fmsci license then how will I do the race? It means I will get the information before race or I have to take follow up for the same?
