NOP Service :
News on Phone Service was launched on 25th February, 1998 from New Delhi. All India Radio is running the service from Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Patna, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Imphal, Lucknow, Raipur, Guwahati and Shimla. The service is accessible through STD, ISD and local telephone calls.
