1.Name of the post : Chief Engineer (Civil)
Fixed Pay : Rs. 70,000/- p.m.
Mode of Appointment: On contract for one year, extendable based on requirement & performance.
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) or an equivalent professional qualification. A certificate/diploma in CAD/CAM and Automated Project Management Systems may be an added advantage. Consistently good academic record and sound knowledge of Civil Project Design and implementation. Should have good communication skills in English.
Experience:
i) Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in case of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in case of Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (excluding apprenticeship or training period). Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute. Applicants should have vast experience in handling large civil structure projects covering both civil and electrical work. Good working knowledge of computer operations and use of engineering software applications is preferred. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment will be an added advantage. Experience of coordinating with multidisciplinary design consultants and construction teams on large projects costing above 100 crores, Knowledge of CPWD rules, and experience in quality control are desirable.
ii) Candidates who have recently retired or are soon retiring from similar positions in government/PSU/ academic/research/commercial organization are encouraged to apply.

2.Name of the post : Stores & Purchase Officer
Pay band : Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4600
Mode of Appointment: Exceptionally good candidates may be considered for a Regular position. Applicants interested to be considered on deputation may also apply. Candidates can be considered for contract position as well. If appointed regular, probation norms will apply. If appointed on contract, a fixed consolidated salary commensurate with Pay Band and Grade Pay.
Qualification: Degree in materials management (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) or any Degree with two years Diploma in materials management. For those who have experience of at least 3 years as Stores In-charge with responsibility of purchase or as Purchase Officer, in large government departments/public sector establishments/academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, a degree/diploma in materials management is not essential. Consistently good academic record is required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years for SC/ST) of relevant post-qualification supervisory experience in stores and purchase or Materials Management in Government or academic/research/commercial organization of national/international repute, with at least 2 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 (pre-revised scale of Rs.6500-10500) (or in higher scale). Applicants should have a flair for serving educational institutions. Good communication skills in English and good working knowledge of computer applications are essential.
Age: Not exceeding 40 years (45 years for SC/ST) as on the last date for receiving application. For candidates on deputation, age can be up to 50 years (including SC/ST).
