Applications in prescribed form are invited from citizen of India for filling up 4 (four) posts of Research Assistant, under the department of Planning., Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- PM and plus other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Govt. employees from time to time. Out of 4(four) posts 3(three) posts are reserved for AP ST candidates and l(one) post is for open competition. The vacancy position is subject to variation

Pay Scale : pay band of Rs. 9300-34800/- Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- PM
Eligibility : The candidates must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more than 25 years as on 07/01/2014. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5(five) years in case of APST candidates and another 5 (five) years for Govt.servant of Arunachal Pradesh.
Educational Qualification :
Candidate applying for the post must be a Graduate from a recognized University wlth either one of the following subject.
1. Economics
2. Commerce
3. Statistics and
4. Mathematics
However, the final year students who are to appear/appeared for such examination shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificates or marksheet of pass into their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice-Chancellor of the concerned University will only be accepted by the Commission on the day of interview/Viva-Vice. Without the original certificate/Marksheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-Voce.
Method Of Selection : The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the following subject followed by Viva-Voce/Interview to be conducted by the Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be made. In case of large numbers of applications, candidates will be short listed for written examination on the basis of marks obtained in screening test on General knowledge Papers carrying 100 marks as may be decided by the Commission.
How to Apply :
Application forms for admission to recruitment examination of Research Assistant and syllabus can be obtained from the Commission’s office Itanagar, on all working days from 10 AM to 4 PM upto 07/01/2014 on cash payment of Rs. 120/- ( for APST candidates and Rs. 150/- only for general candidates). No separate examination fee in the form of DD/Treasury challan will be required along with the application. The examination fee has been included with the cost of application form & syllabus.

Educational Qualification :
Candidate applying for the post must be a Master Degree holder from a recognized university with either one of the following subjects;
1. Economics
2. Commerce
3. Statistics
4. Mathematics and
5. Geography.
However, the final year students of the Master Degree course who are to appear for such examination shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificates or marksheet of passing their Master degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination Nice-Chancellor of the concerned University will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of inferview Niva-Vice. Without the original Certificate/ Marksheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-Voce.

2) Along with the duly filled up application, candidates must enclose the following self attested documents other wise the application will be rejected.
i. 2 (two) copies of recent color pass-port size photographs with self attestation in the front side which should be pasted on the space provided in the application form and attendance sheet.
ii. Self Attested copies of certificates and marksheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination Nice-Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational qualification.
iii. Self Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board only will be accepted.
iv. Self Attested copy of APST certificate.
v. The candidates who qualify for viva-voce test should compulsorily produce original certificates from matriculation onwards to PG level at the day of viva-voce test failing which they will not allowed to participate in selection process.
vi. Candidates are required to choose one of the optional subject from following optional subject ;
a) Economics
(b) Statistics
(c) Commerce
(d) Mathematics
(e) Geography

Applications in prescribed format are invited from the citizens of India for filling up of 12 (twelve) posts of UDC under the AP Civil Secretariat in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20,000 + GP Rs.28001- P.M plus other allowances as admissible to the Government employees of Arunachal Pradesh. Out of 12 (twelve) posts, 10 (ten) posts are reserved for APST candidates and 2 (two) posts are unreserved (open competition). The vacancy position is subject to variation.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :
Candidates applying for the post must possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
AGE :
The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 28 years of age as on 25.11.2013. The Upper age limit is however, relaxable upto maximum of 5 years in case of APST candidates and another 5 years for State Govt. Employees in accordance with the orders issued by the Govt. from time to time.
METHOD OF RECRUITMENT :
The candidates shall have to appear ill the written examination to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the following subjects followed by Viva-Voce.
(i) General Knowledge – 100 marks
(ii) General English – 100 marks
(iii) Elementary Mathematics – 100 marks
(iv) Viva-Voce – 40 maries
Total – 340 marks
AVAILABILITY OF PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FORMAT :
The Application Form for admission to recruitment examination to the post of Upper Division Clerk can be obtained from the Commission’s Office, Itanagar on all working days from 10 A.M to 4 P.M. on cash payment of Rs.50/- only for APST candidate and Rs.80/- only for General candidate. No separate examination fee in the form of DD/Treasury Challan will be required along with the application. The examination fee has been included with the cost of application form.
HOW TO APPLY:
Along with the duly filled up application, candidate must enclose the following documents otherwise the application will be rejected.
(i) 2 (two) recent colour passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer which should be pasted on the space provided in the application form and attendance sheet respectively.
(ii) Attested copy of Class- X passed Certificate for proof of age issued by the recognized Board/University only will be accepted.
(iii) Attested copy of Degree Certificate and Mark-sheet issued by the recognized Board / University.
(iv) Attested copy of APST Certificate.
(v) PRC for General candidate.
The last date of receiving application by the Commission is up to 25.11.2013 till 4.00 PM.
Application in prescribed format alongwith necessary document should be submitted in the Reception Counter in a cover/envelop superscribed” APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF UDC and obtain a receipt from the Counter to ensure his/her submission of application form.
