Applications are invited for engagement as Graduate Trainee under two year Library Graduate Trainee Programme.
Name of the post : Library Graduate Trainee
Total Post : 08
Consolidated Emoluments : Rs.7.500/- p.m. (Consolidated) for the first year per month & Rs.8000/- p.m (Consolidated) for the second year
Timings : Batch system between 8-30 hours and 23-00 hours
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 28 years.
Qualification & Experience: Graduates with a minimum of second class with Bachelor of Library & Information Science degree from any recognized University.
Desirable : Knowledge of data processing. Experience in Technical Library
Fee : Demand Draft for Rs. 100/- drawn from any Nationalised bank in favour of Finance Officer, Pondicherry University payable at Puducherry.
Women/SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities candidates/Ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
Candidate shall write his/her Name and Position Applied on the reverse side of the Demand Draft without fail

b) SSLC/Matric or equivalent certificate
c) HSC/PUC or equivalent certificate
d) Diploma / Degree Certificates
e) SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificate in appropriate format, if applicable,
f) Experience certificate, if any
g) NOC from the employer, if applicable
h) Recent proof for salary drawn, if any
i) Any other relevant documents.
