As you are a kabbadi player you may be eligible to apply for Tax Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff if you satisfy other eligible conditions.
My daughter has passed +2. She is having national certificate. Is she eligible for category 3 post? Thank you.
Eligibility will be considered based on the performance in the championships held on 01.01.2011 or afterwards only and sportsperson shall be a currently active player. For this purpose,concluding day of the championships will be taken into account.

Superscribed is nothing but write or print (an inscription) at the top of or on the outside of a document. Write or print (a letter, word, symbol, or line of writing or printing) above an existing letter, word, or line.
So you should write on the envelope as “FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONNEL UNDER SPORTS QUOTA 2013-14”.
