Preliminary Written Examination for the post of District Judge by nomination, scheduled on Sunday, 19th January, 2014

Notice is hereby given that admit cards have been issued to all the candidates who have been declared provisionally eligible to appear for the preliminary written examination. However, the eligible candidates who do not receive the admit card, for whatever reason, are allowed to download the admit card from High Court website viz. http://bombayhighcourt.nic.in by clicking on “Online Admit Card”.

After clicking on “Online Admit Card”, the candidate shall fill in his/her Registration ID Number and Date of Birth and then click on “Download” to get the admit card printed.

The downloaded copy of admit card will be considered valid to appear for the above examination.

Date : Sunday, 19th January, 2014
Time : 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
The candidate should bring the admit card for the examination. It may be noted that no candidate who does not possess the admit card would be allowed to appear for the examination.
2. The candidate must be present for examination before one hour of the scheduled time.
3. No candidate would be allowed entry in the examination hall after 11.00 a.m.
4. The process such as the identification of the candidates as per Admit Card, distribution of answer sheets and filling in the necessary details thereon by the candidates will be done from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
5. Time for marking of answers will be 90 minutes only and the examination will start at 11.00 a.m. sharp.
6. No candidate would be allowed to leave the examination, on any count, during the duration of examination.
7. The candidate should bring black ink ball pen with him/her.
8. The candidate should carefully fill all the particulars in, and sign the attendance sheet.
9. The candidate should not mention his/her name anywhere in the answer sheet.
10. Carrying, possessing, using and/or transferring any electronic device such as a Mobile phone/Pager in the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
11. If the candidate brings with him/her any book, notes or scribbled paper or speaks to or communicates with, any other candidate, by any mode, while the examination is going on or smuggles in or takes out the answer sheet attempted or unattempted, the Chief Conductor may, upon being informed by the Supervisor, instantly issue suitable order for necessary action including expulsion from the examination hall without completing the answer sheet.
12. A candidate who disobeys the instructions issued by the Supervisor or who is guilty of rude or disobedient behaviour is liable to be instantly expelled from the examination hall.
13. The decision of the Hon’ble High Court is binding in respect of unfair means adopted by the candidate.
