Applications are invited from eligible candidates, who possess following qualifications for engagement to the posts of Water Pumpset Operator & Plumbercum- Technician ‘purely on contractual basis’ for a period of 06 (six) months in the establishment of Andaman & Nicobar Prison Department, District Jail, Prothrapur, Port Blair.

No. of Post : 01 (One) for male only
Pay : (on daily wages basis) Rs.287/- per day (Skilled – A Category)
Age Limit : 18-33 years for male
Educational Qualifications :
1. Must have passed Xth standard from any recognized Board/institution.
2. Must have ITI – trade certificate for plumber/ mechanical/ Asst. plumber course.
Desirable :
1. One year experience in any private/ Govt. Organization.
2. Good knowledge for handling of Water pumpset / D.G Set
Name of Post : Plumber-cum-technician
No. of Post : 01 (One) for male only
Pay : (on daily wages basis) Rs.305/- per day (Skilled – B Category)
Age Limit : 18-33 years for male
Educational Qualifications :
1. Must have passed Xth standard from any recognized Board/institution.
2. Must have ITI – trade certificate for plumber/ mechanical/ Asst. plumber course.
Desirable :
1. One year experience in any private/ Govt. Organization.
2. Good knowledge for handling of Water pumpset / D.G Set
