Non Encumbrance Certificate :
This service facilitates applicant to get certified NEC from HRC Branch of D.C. Office and Tehsildar- I & II. Non-Encumbrance certificate is to be delivered to the applicant at counter No. 14 within 10 days of the submission of application.

Who can apply for NEC?
Owner (or general power attorney or special power of attorney holder) appointed by owner can apply for NEC.

Documents Required :
For the Marriage Registration under Hindu Marriage Act Photo Copy of the following Documents with original documents/proof are required to submit along with application form

** Application From
** Fard /copy of jamabandi.
** Affidavit

Govt. Fee and SUWIDHA Charges :
Govt. Fee : Rs.10 Court Fee
SUWIDHA Facilitation Charges : Rs.30 (Incl. Service Tax 12.36%)

Procedure :
Step 1 :
Applicant goes to the Reception Counter to get Rs 10 Court fee astam/stamp is affixed.

Step 2 :
Applicant submits application form with required documents at any one of the Counter No’s -1(only for Senior Citizen and Women),2,3,5,6,7,8 and 9 and pays the Suwidha Fee.

Step 3 :
Then application is sent to related branch HRC , Tehsil Office I or II for further necessary action and these related branches certify it and get it signed by the DRO or Tehsildar.

Step 4 :
After preparing the NEC, it is returned back to Suwidha Centre.

Step 5 :
NEC is delivered to the applicant at counter No. 14 within 10 days from the submission of application .

In whose name NEC will be issued?
NEC will be issued on name of Owner only.

How many certificates one can get?
Only one certificate will be issued against one application and it will be only for 13 Years after 1/4/1997.

Note:-
In the affidavit, applicant should declare that he is the owner, presently occupying the land.

What happens in case there is any objection in the application ?
In such case, Suwidha Centre informs the applicant and ask him to get it rectify. Only after that he gets the certificates.
