The Admit Card of such candidates will not be issued by Bar Council of India. If such candidates have already sent their application forms, they are requested to consult with their postal service through which they have sent their application forms to check the postal delivery status.”

You should know your application number and DOB to get your admit card. I could not find any option to retrieve your application number or download admit card without application number.
