Service Time Frames :
** Case to be handled within 1 day after the receipt of application. Dealing Assistant should take action before the end of 2nd working day from date of application.
** Approving Authority to review the Application and take appropriate action (Approve / Reject / Verify) within 4 days from the date of the application.
** The Service is to be catered to within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
