Legal Heirs/ Family Members Certificate:
It can be given only to the families of government employees and pensioners. Visit your concerned Tehsildar Office and get the application form for legal heir certificate

It should be submitted at Tehsildar office after duly filling the form and attaching the following papers:
** Affix Rs. 2/- court-fee stamp.
** Original death certificate of the deceased of the applicant.
** Service certificate.
** Pension payment order (From AG’s office).
** Pension payment certificate in original.
** Copies of the ration card of the deceased and the applicant.
** An affidavit duly notarized on Rs. 10/- bond paper.

Note: Two notice forms & two statement forms which are given along with an application form. After submission of application legal heir certificate will be issued within 15 days.
