The post of Research Assistant (Four) is to be filled up under ICMR Project “Effectiveness of diet and lifestyle intervention through Information Education Communication (IEC) tools with Angan Wadi Centres (AWCs) of Tribal population of Udaipur district of Rajasthan as the centre of knowledge dissemination for hypertension (including hypercholesterolemia and diabetes) risk reduction – a cluster randomized controlled trial” at Desert Medicine Research Centre, Jodhpur on purely temporary basis.

Salary: fixed emoluments of @ Rs.25,6501- p.m.
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences/ Nutrition/ M.A. in Sociology with good academic record.
Tenure: On Contract basis for One year initially, which is extendable on yearly basis depending upon the satisfactory performance of the candidates.
Age Relaxation: Below 30 years of age. Age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates as per Govt. of India Rules
Job Work: To undertake field study work on intervention of hypertension and assist in coordination of research activities, data entry, computation of data and preparation of reports.
