Applications are invited for filling up of the following posts.

1 Name of the Post : Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechl.) Class I
Scale of pay : Rs. 20,600-46,500
No. of Posts: 1 (SC-1)
Upper age limit: 30 yrs
Essential: Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable: Two years Experience in relevant discipline in executive cadre in an industrial/commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.

2 Name of the Post : Assistant Material Manager Gr.I Class I
Scale of pay : Rs. 20,600-46,500
No. of Posts: 1 (SC-1)
Upper age limit: 30 yrs
Essential: Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable:
(i) Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Materials Management from a recognized university/ Institution.
(ii) Two years post qualification experience in Materials Management in an industrial / Commercial/ Govt. undertaking.

3 Name of the Post : Asst. Engineer (Ele) Class II
Scale of pay : Rs. 16,400-40,500
No. of Posts: 3 (SC-2) (OBC-1)
Not exceeding 35 yrs.
Essential:
(i)Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) 2 years experience in Electrical Works.

4 Name of the Post : Asst. Controller of Stores Gr.II Class II
Scale of pay : Rs. 16,400-40,500
No. of posts: 1 (UR-1)
Between 21 and 30 yrs
Essential:
(i) Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering of recognized University or a qualification recognized as its equivalent by the Central Govt.
(ii) 3 years experience in a large public sector or private sector Organization or Port in the field of Materials Management.

i) Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the above mentioned posts in the prescribed format as given above advertisement duly superscribing on the envelope “Application for the post of ————— (post applied for)” to the

Panambur, Mangalore-575010.
With attested copies of certificates with regard to qualification/experience, age proof, caste, experience etc.

ii) The following documents are to be given in respect of candidates already employed under Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs/Autonomous body and application is to be sent through proper channel.
1. Two latest passport size photographs (to insert/attach in a transparent envelope).
2. Attested photo copies of all required certificates.
3. No objection certificate from the respective ports/Organizations.
4. Copies of ACR/APARs for the last 5 years attested by the officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
5. Undertaking of the applicants to the effect that candidature will not be withdrawn, if selected.
6. Vigilance and Administrative Clearance of the concerned Port/ Organizations in the prescribed format enclosed.
7. Certificate to be given by the employer as in the overleaf of the application format.
8. In case of SC/ST candidates, caste certificate should be produced in the prescribed format and in the case of OBC candidates’ certificate in the enclosed Central Govt. format.
9. In case of PWD candidate, Disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority on their disability.
