01. Name of the post : MANAGER (F)
No. of post : 01 Post (SC)
Scale of Pay: Rs.29100 – 54500
Age: Upto 40 Years
Qualifications: Member of CA/ICWAI
Experience: Candidates should have experience in the Fin.& Accts. Department and should be well conversant in financial, taxation, compilation of final accounts, budgetary control, work contracts etc.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR
For others, should have 8 years Post Qualification Experience.

02. Name of the post : MANAGER (HR)
No. of post : 01 Post (SC)
Scale of Pay: Rs.29100 – 54500 Age: Upto 40 Years
Qualification: PG Degree OR PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/ IR from a recognised University.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in HR Department and exposure to HRD systems, handling recruitment, IR matters and establishment matters etc.,
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR
For others, should have 8 years post qualification experience

03.Name of the post : DY. MANAGER (MATERIALS)
No. of post : 1 POST (ST)
Scale Of Pay: RS.20600 – 46500 Age: Upto 35 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech.(Mech.)/ Electrical /Electronics /Production Engg/ (Mech.Marine) from a recognised University. PG Degree or PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.
Experience: Candidate should have experience in Materials department.
Should have 02 years of experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR
For others, should have 04 years of post-qualification experience.

04. Name of the post : ASST.MANAGER (FINANCE)

Scale of Pay: Rs.16400-40500
Age: Upto 35 years
Qualifications: CA/ ICWAI.
Experience: Candidates should have experience in Finance & Accounts dept.
Should have 2 years Experience in the immediate lower scale of pay in case of PSUs/ in equivalent immediate lower scale of pay in case of Government/ Autonomous bodies. OR
For others, should have 2 years post qualification experience.

05.Name of the post : SUPERINTENDENT (ACCOUNTS)

Scale Of Pay: RS.12050-29450 Age: Below 35 years
Qualification:
i) 1st or 2nd class graduate preferably in commerce of a recognized university.
ii) Pass in Intermediate Exam. In CA/ICWA OR pass in SAS (Civil) or Commercial OR Post Graduate in Commerce.
Experience:
i) Must have 4 years experience in the Accounts branch of a Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking or large Industrial Establishment.
ii) Should have thorough knowledge in commercial Accounts, Taxation, Stores, Budgeting and Internal Audit
