Admission Procedure for ICAP 2014-2015
Eligibility :
A candidate is declared eligible for PGDM Courses, if he/she has passed the degree examination of a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum 45% marks for backward class candidates from anywhere in India. Such candidate’s application must be accompanied with relevant caste certificates and non-creamy layer certificates at the time of confirming the admission. Absence of such certificates at the time of submitting the Admission application forms for admission to the course disqualifies them from reserved category seats, and such candidates will be considered for open/general category. Final year degree students, who have not received their result will be allowed to appear for the admission process, provided at the time of taking admission they have a certificate from their college/university about being a final year student awaiting result.

Valid tests for PGDM admissions 2014 are;
CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/JMAT
Candidate must have a valid score card of any of the above tests at the time of admission.

Shortlisting of candidates for admission will be based on;
Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) – 2014 :
Admission will be based on performance of candidates in following categories of ICAP;
Component | IGI Weightages (%) :
*Percentile score in Written Test of Identified Entrance Tests 50 % (150 Marks)
Group Discussion 30 % (90 Marks)
Personal Interview 20 % (60 Marks)
*Note: The percentile scores of different entrance tests will be normalized by using a multiplier.

Centers for GD, PI and Counseling :
Centers where GD, PI and Counseling will be conducted are in following cities: Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Kolkata, Lucknow Allahabad, Varanasi, Patna, Raipur, Bhubaneswar and Delhi.

*Shree Chanakya Education Society reserves the right to change or allot a city other than the one requested by the candidates in the event of the requested city not being available for any reason. While we are keen to have the admission process in all the centers mentioned above, we reserve the right to cancel any of the Centers depending upon the contingencies.

Process for ICAP – 2014 :
Stage 1: Registration for ICAP
Candidates will fill up the ICAP online registration form for GD, PI and Counseling, available on website.

Online registration will begin on 1st November 2013 and it will close on 5th April 2014 for All India and 13th April 2014 for Pune.

Stage 2: GD, PI & Counselling Process
Candidates will be required to be present in their choice of the city for ICAP process of GD, PI & Counseling. The GD, PI and Counseling will be held in cities namely: Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Allahabad, Varanasi, Patna, Raipur, Bhubaneswar and Delhi as per following schedule; and in Pune City on the prescribed dates at Wakad Campus

Stage 3: Merit List for Admission

Merit lists for admission will be displayed by respective institutes on their institute website and campus. The dates for the same will be intimated through respective institute website. Students are advised to keep checking the website regularly

Important Dates:
1. Application / Registration / Payment start date: 1st November 2013
2. Application / Registration / Payment end date:
For rest of the cities: 5th April 2014
For Pune: 13th April 2014
