There is a wing of technical staff in the Coastal Security Scheme.
(A) The method of and the qualifications required for contractual recruitment to the posts sanctioned Wing of Coastal Police Stations sha11 be as follows

(i) Name of the post :Sub-Inspector (Technical)

Monthly consolidated Salary (Rs.) : 29,000/-
Eligibility: Ex-Navy / Ex-Coast Guard / Ex-BSF (waterwing) Personnel
Qualification;
(i) Chief Petty Officer / Petty Officer in the Navy, Seaman Branch only (Navigation, Communication, Gunnery, Anti-Submarine Warfare, Clearance Driver and Survey Recorders) [for Ex-Navy personnel].
(ii) Adhikari / Pradhan Navik in Coast Guard, GD Branch only [for En-Coast Guard Personnel]
(iii) 02 (two) years experience in B.S.F. (waterwing) as Sub-Inspector [for Ex-BSF (waterwing) personnel]
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on 1st January, 2013.

(2)Name of the post : Asstt. Sub-Inspector (Technical)

Monthly consolidated Salary (Rs.) : 22,000/-
Eligibility:
Ex-Navy /Ex-Coast Guard /Ex-BSF (waterwing) Personnel
Qualification:-
(i) (a) Petty Officer in Navy, Seaman Branch only (Navigation, Communication, Gunnery, Anti Submarine Warfare, Clearance Driver and Survey Recorders) [for Ex-Navy personnel],
(b) Artificer III/IV, Mechanic III/IV, Mechanic (Power / Radio), Petty Officer Electrical Radio) in Navy in technical branch (non-aviation sailor only) [for Ex-Navy personnel].
(ii)(a) Pradhan Navik in Coast Guard, GD Branch only [Ex-Coast Guard Personnel]. OR
(b) Yantrik / Uttain Yantrlk in Coast Guard, technical branch only [for Ex-Coast Guard Personnel].
(ii) 03 (three) years experience in B.S F. (water wing) as Asstt. Sub-Inspector [for Ex BSF (Waterwing) personnel]
Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on 1st January, 2013.

Eligibility:- Ex-Navy/Ex-Coast Guard / Ex-BSF (waterwing) Personnel
Qualification:
(i) Leading Seaman / Seaman-1 / Seaman-II in Navy equivalent, all branches) [for Ex-Navy personnel].
(ii) Uttam Navik / Navik in Coast Guard, only GD / Technical Branch [for Ex-Coast Guard Personnel].
(iii) 03 (tree) years experience in B.S.F, (waterwing) as Constable [for Ex-BSF (waterwing) personnel].
Age:- Not exceeding 45 years as on 1st January, 2013.

Fee : IPO/ Bank Draft for Rs. 150/- (One hundred fifty) as examination fees to be drawn in favour of West Bengal Police Recruitment Board.

i) Willing candidates may download the Application Form from West Bengal Police website and get it printed on 120 gsm A4 size paper and fill in the same and affix stamp size photograph on the space provided for. Candidates have to enclose certificate as a proof of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Discharge Certificate issued by the previous employer and send the same by post to
