Central Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank, with Pan India Branch Network of more than 4350 branches, with total business of more than 400000 Crores and driven by talented work force of 40000 + employees, is looking for Retired General Manager of Scheduled Commercial Bank/RBI/NABARD & Other Financial Institution having experience of working in Priority Sector side of banking.
Name of the post : Chief Executive Officer (Society/Trust for RSETI & FLCC)
Age : Less than 65 years
Eligibility :
i) The applicant should have superannuated or have taken VRS or Retiring on or before 31.01.2014, at the level of General Manager from a Scheduled Commercial Bank/RBI/NABARD & Other Financial Institution.
ii) He should have the exposure in working of Priority Sector side of the Banking and should have minimum ten years experience of working as Officer.
iii) Weightage will be given for his experience of working in the Rural/Semi Urban Branches in various capacities i.e. Branch Manager/Field Officer/Agriculture Finance Officer and also at Senior Management level as Lead District Manager and /or Regional Manager and/or Chairman, RRB and/or Zonal Manager and also experience if any in RSETI/FLCC affairs in any capacity.
Contract Period: The candidate shall be appointed on Contract basis for a period of two years and the contract may be terminated by either side by giving one month notice.
Job Profile: CEO (Society/Trust for RSETIs & FLCCs) shall be reporting directly to the Executive Director/President of the Society/Trust of the Bank and shall be the focal point for Management, Control and Supervision of entire functioning of Bank’s Society/Trust namely CBI-SAUPS and its Centres.

Recruitment of Director/Counselor for FLCC (Financial Literacy And Counseling Centre) for Hoshangabad and Raisen District on Contract basis for the year 2013-14.
Central Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank, with Pan India Branch Network of more than 4200 branches with total business of more than 402000 crores and driven by talented work force of 36000 + employees, is looking for retired bank officers in Scale-III and above, having experience of working in any Public Sector Bank / SBI (i.e. our Bank / any other Public Sector Banks / State Bank of India) and with relevant expertise, for recruitment on contract as Director for its RSETIs already opened.
Name of the Post : Director/ Counselor for FLCC
Age : Less than 65 years with sound Health
Qualification :
Essential: (i) Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.
Desirable: Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Experience / Other eligibility criteria :
(i) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.
(ii) He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.
(iii) He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
(iv) Should be well conversant with local language.
(v) Should have retired from Scale-III or above.
(vi) Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.
JOB PROFILE:
These officers shall be working as “Director/Counselor for FLCC” and have to oversee the overall functioning of FLCC.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
