Jewellery Design Course :
Jewellery Design course gives students the creative and technical knowledge and skills they need to become professionals in the jewellery design industry. It allows students to explore a variety of aspects in traditional and contemporary jewellery design. The emphasis is placed on creativity, innovation, experimentation and materials application through technical skills. Students also learn skills in design management, portfolio-building and marketing. In addition, jewellery courses are designed to hone students and enable them in developing ability to integrate different areas of expertise on a single platform. Some of the expertise a student gets to learn is professional practice of design, manufacture of jewellery and regarding products which associate to form a part of the jewellery. Different techniques that are employed on various kinds of drawings are introduced to students of Jewellery Design Course.
The course will raise an awareness of the Jewellery industry in an international context through visits to trade fairs, “live project” opportunities and case studies. Latest techniques in fabrication of jewellery are taught by employing computer aided software tools and practical hands on experience are given over jewellery assignments. On employment of CAD software, 3D modelling of jewellery products will help in developing greater degree of understanding on courses. At the end of the stipulated course, students will have acquired good knowledge on latest trends in making of jewellery and practical experience on course will make them competent to seek jobs immediately. Students after completion of Jewellery Design Course in Hyderabad can apply for jobs in different areas of interest such as costume designer, coordinator, jewellery designer or educator.
Eligibility :
10 + 2 from any recognized board. Class 12th students appearing or waiting for final result may also apply for provisional admission.
