QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Company Secretary :
The incumbent must be Member/Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 3 years experience in the profession. For those who are employed in a Central Public Sector Undertaking. a minimum two years experience in the scale of Rs. 4800-200-5800-225-8275/- or equivalent is desirable.
GENERAL:
(1) Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged/Ex-Servicemen will he applicable as per Govt. rules.
(2) Higher fixation in scale may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates.
(3) Candidate called for interview will be reimbursed AC-II Sleeper Class Rail fare/ Bus fare (to and fro) by the shortest route. All such reimbursement will be subject to submission of proof of Journey.
(4) Employees of Government/Semi Government/Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel.
